Monday night update: Relatively calm day around the Plateau - though it was fairly breezy, and we did get nearly an inch of rain this morning! The levee breach along the Green River in Tukwila this afternoon was the most worrisome thing to happen around the region... thankfully that didn't turn out anywhere near as bad as it could have been.

Tomorrow (Tuesday), the excitement ramps up again across the whole area. Relative calm again tomorrow morning - scattered showers and light breezes. Rain picks up in the afternoon, lasting through the day Wednesday. Winds also pick up through the afternoon and evening...in fact, the National Weather Service has issued another Wind Advisory for much of western Washington from 4pm Tuesday thru 10am Wednesday - they're calling for winds from the southwest at 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph. They continue to highlight the saturated grounds, which could cause more widespread impacts. This does look plausible for the Plateau...regardless, it does look like winds will be stronger than today.

I'll post another update tomorrow morning!
