Fake spring finally fades for a while, as more typical late winter weather makes its return.
Two systems move through over the weekend. Rain returns early tomorrow (Saturday) morning, for a pretty damp and blustery day - probably over a half-inch by the evening. Breezy winds, mainly coming from the south and southwest through the afternoon - nothing to be worried about though. Sounds like a good day to stay inside and watch the Olympics to me!
Sunday's system is a weaker one, and aimed further to our south - scattered showers through the mid-day hours, but shouldn't amount to much. In other words, shouldn't impact your commutes to/from your Super Bowl parties! Chances of showers remain into Monday.
Temps return to closer-to-normal for the next several days - afternoon highs around the low-50s, overnight lows generally in the low- to mid-40s.
Enjoy your weekend - and GO HAWKS!
