.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will move SE over
the waters today, clearing E and SE of the area by this evening.
Strong high pressure will build across New England tonight and
Mon, then move E across the waters Mon night. The high will pass
E of the waters Tue as a warm front lifts N over the area. Low
pressure will develop along the front and lift NE across the
area early Tue night, with a trailing cold front crossing the
waters late Tue night into early Wed as the strengthening low
moves off to the NE of the waters. High pressure will build over
the region late Wed, then slide off to the E of the area Wed
night as another warm front lifts N across the waters. A cold
front will follow for Thu into Thu night. Please be advised the
NAVTEX station at Boston, MA, has been reported as inoperative.
